Happy Summer! I want to thank everyone for a great month here at Boulders Apartments. With school being over, I just wanted to give a few reminders and let you all know about some upcoming events.

Reminders:

• Move-Outs: 
o Disposal of extraordinary items such as furniture, electronics, large items are prohibited. When throwing away trash, trash needs to be in a tied bag, make sure it fits in the dumpster, if it does not fit, dispose of it in another dumpster. Make sure boxes are broken down.
o When moving out, you are responsible for all electric and utilities until the last day of your lease, or until your unit is re-rented, whichever comes first.
o Roommates moving out before others are still financially responsible until the end of the lease or until your unit is re-rented, unless you are removed from the lease.
o If you are moving out, each roommate needs to turn in a move out notice to the leasing office immediately. 
• Renewals:
o Units that are planning on renewing and have not renewed, rental rates will be going up starting September 1st.
• Referrals:
o If you refer new tenants, you can receive a $200 rent credit per referral. The rent credit will be applied after the new residents first full month. There is no limit on how many referrals you can get.

Events:

  • Give and Go Event: Donate your useable items to benefit local veterans (Non-perishable food, linens, working appliances, etc.) Contact the office for more information.
  • Costco Apartment Resident Appreciation Event: Costco is hosting an event July 9th-10th where you can shop at Costco without a membership. They are giving away goodie bags and will have drawings and prizes. If you are interested please come in and get an invitation in order to participate.

New security phone number is 509-385-6880. When texting complaints please put what property you live at and what unit number you are in. If you have a pet, please make sure to clean up after your pets. There are dog waste bags on site. We have all staff keeping an eye out, if you do not pick up the waste, you will get a 10-day notice and a $50 legal notice posting fee. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Rent is due by the 3rd of the month. If you are paying your rent online, it needs to be paid by 11:59 PM. If you pay after that, you will be receiving a late fee of $100. Also, if rent does not get paid by the 3rd, in addition to the $100 late fee you will receive a $50 fee for posting a 10-day and 14-day notice. All vehicles parked on site must have a parking pass. If vehicles do not have a parking pass, day or night they will be towed at your own expense. Covered carports are paid carports, if you park there you will also be towed at your own expense.
