Reminders:
- New security phone number is 509-385-6880.
- If you get locked out after hours or on the weekends, you will need to call a locksmith at your expense. (Stated in your lease)
- If you have a pet, please make sure to clean up after your pets. There are dog waste bags on site. We have all staff keeping an eye out, if you do not pick up the waste, you will get a 10 day notice and a $50 legal notice posting fee.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Rent is due by the 3rd of the month. If you are paying your rent online, it needs to be paid by 11:59 PM. If you pay after that, you will be receiving a late fee of $100. Also, if rent does not get paid by the 3rd, in addition to the $100 late fee you will receive a $50 fee for posting a 10-day and 14-day notice.

If vehicles do not have a parking pass, day or night they will be towed at your own expense. Covered carports are paid carports, if you park there you will also be towed at your own expense.
